Input Account Information

Use of Account Master Data

Master Data is share data, such as Account & etc, which will be use in Finance Data like Payment / Instalment, Transaction / Remittance, Cheque Printer & etc. With Master Data, user does not need to enter the same information repeatedly, just select it from list or table.

required for Transaction / Remittance and Payment / Instalment.

To add new Account, clicks Next to clear all field, fill / select the information on mandatory field then click Add.
To correct existing Account, click the Account from table, correct the information, and then click Correct.
To delete the Account, click the Account from table, then click Delete, a message box pop up, click OK to confirm.

To enable Print Cheque, check Cheque Book. If Cheque image had added to Document Editor, select the respective Cheque Name from Cheque Name list, then the image will appear at Cheque Printer for DIY configuration, or just leave blank, but you still can configure it without guidance.

If this is your loan account or Credit Card account, fill Repay To with the sentence you wish to print on Cheque 'Pay to' column, to pay to this account.
Repayment Note will print on the back of cheque.
